Leap (“we” and “us”) takes data privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes Leap’s policies and procedures on the collection, storage, use, protection and disclosure of Your information when You (“you” as a user of Leap Social) use our website or application (our “Service”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our application or services or transacting business with us. By using our Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Application means the software program provided by Leap downloaded by You on any electronic device.
Company (referred to as either “Leap”, “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Riu International LLC.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

US means the company, and its stake holders under “Leap social” managed by RIU International.

Leap Social allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Services:

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Service’s account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.
You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Service’s account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
We may allow service providers, advertising companies and ad networks, and other third parties to display advertisements on our Service. These companies may use tracking technologies, such as cookies or web beacons, to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements. We do not provide any non-anonymized personal information to third parties.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Pictures and other information from your Device’s camera and photo library

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

If you have given access to your location in your Device settings, when you use your Device, we will collect information about WiFi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude and may save your Device’s coordinates to offer certain features to you. This information helps us identify your physical location and we use it to personalize the App and make it easier for you to interact with other users, by enabling the general locality information to be displayed to users seeing your profile and showing you the profiles of other users who are near you.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:

Information shared with other Users: When You register as a User of Leap, your profile will be viewable by other Users of the Service. If You interact with other Users or register through a Third-Party Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Service may see Your name, profile, photos, age, approximate number of miles away, personal description, information You have in common with the person viewing our profile, such as common friends and likes. If You click on the like (heart) to say “yes” to a person, you will be able to chat with that person if they say yes to you, e.g., when you have a “match.” if you chat with your match, your match will see the content of your chat.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We may share Your personal and financial information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service and to provide customer service and marketing assistance.
• For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
